通过考察美国国家航空和航天博物馆、伦敦科学博物馆、澳大利亚国家科学技术中心、加拿大安大略科学中心等世界著名科技馆的官方网站，搜索和挖掘其中的零星信息和零碎资料，整理并提炼出这些著名科技馆的免费开放政策及实践举措。研究发现，有限免费与差异收费相结合是这些科技馆实行的基本开放政策，充足且相对稳定的经费是确保科技馆开放运行的前提条件，创新常规项目、拓展延伸服务业务是科技馆免费开放的根本保证，建立一支高品德的志愿者队伍是科技馆正常运营的有力支撑。据此提出若干启示，为我国科技馆可持续发展提供有益借鉴。

By examining the official site of the world-renewned science and technology museum,such as the national air and space museum,London science museum,the Questacon and the Ontario science center,by searching and mining spo-radic information and fragmented information,collating and extracting these famous science and technology museum free-open policies and practice initiatives,the study found that limited free with the difference in charges is a combination of the basic open-door policy practiced by science and technology museum,adequate and relatively stable funding is the prereq-uisite of running science and technology museum,innovative conventional project and expand extension services business is the fundamental guarantee of the open-free policy of science and technology museum,establishing a high moral volunteer team is the strong support of the operation of the science and technology museum. The study puts some enlightenment in or-der to provide some useful references for the sustainable development of China’ s science and technology museum.
