建设创新型城市是区域创新体系的重要组成部分，也是浙江加快科技强省和创新型省份建设的需要。以浙江11个地级市作为研究对象，对其创新能力进行分析对比，探讨适合其特点的城市创新模式。在参考借鉴国内有关创新型城市模式研究的基础上，运用分层聚类法，将浙江各地市的创新模式进行分类，选取典型城市进行创新模式构建的案例剖析，提出构筑具有浙江区域特色的创新型城市群的对策建议。

Innovative city construction is an important part of regional innovation system and a necessary measure to accel-erate the construction of strong S&T province and innovative province.The article compares the innovative capabilities of 1 1 prefectural-level cities in Zhejiang,discusses the corresponding innovation pattern for each city.After a brief review of foreign and domestic studies on the construction of innovative cities,hierarchical clustering method is used to classify the innovative patterns of 1 1 prefectural-level cities in Zhejiang.An in-depth case analysis of 4 typical cities for each inno-vative pattern is then performed.Finally,several countermeasures to impel the construction of regional innovative cities in Zhejiang are proposed.
