The evaluation of construction enterprise technology center performance is a very important part in construction enterprise management,and the choice of evaluation method is particularly important to the effectiveness of the enterprise management and control.The article applies information entropy theory to assignment for performance evaluation indexes, and finally it calculates the technology center performance,which effectively reflects the importance of the evaluation inde-xes and performance variation of construction enterprise technology center as a complex open system.Then it makes an em-pirical study based on the model consequently,the effectiveness and practicality of the model has been verified,and the effective evaluation of construction enterprise technology center performance has been achieved .
