目的探讨高龄肺癌患者围手术期的有效护理措施。方法对2011年6月~2012年12月我院85例手术切除的高龄肺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对所有的患者均采取术前、术后护理措施。结果显效的50例，有效25例，无效10例，总有效率高达90.24%。结论加强对行手术切除的高龄肺癌患者围手术期的护理，可以明显地提高手术的成功率，减少患者术后并发症的发生，对促进高龄肺癌患者的康复起着重要的作用。

목적탐토고령폐암환자위수술기적유효호리조시。방법대2011년6월~2012년12월아원85례수술절제적고령폐암환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，대소유적환자균채취술전、술후호리조시。결과현효적50례，유효25례，무효10례，총유효솔고체90.24%。결론가강대행수술절제적고령폐암환자위수술기적호리，가이명현지제고수술적성공솔，감소환자술후병발증적발생，대촉진고령폐암환자적강복기착중요적작용。
Objective Explore the ef ective nursing measures for elderly lung cancer patients in perioperative period.Methods Clinical data of f 85 the elderly lung cancer patients of operation excision from June to 2012 to 2011 December in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and nursing measures before operation and after operation for al the patients were taken.Results 50 patients were improved markedly ef ectively, 25 cases ef ectively,and 10 invalidly. The total ef ective rate was as high as 90.24%.Conclusion Strengthening the nursing of elderly lung cancer patients after operation excision in perioperative period can significantly improve the success rate of operation, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and play an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of elderly patients.
