党坚持人民主体地位体现了实现“中国梦”“为了谁”、“依靠谁”、“我是谁”的价值追问、力量源泉和责任担当。实现“中国梦”必须坚持人民群众的实践主体地位、价值主体地位、权利主体地位。当前,坚持人民主体地位面临官僚主义扩张、工具理性主义膨胀、社会分化加剧和公共理性欠缺等现实困境。坚持人民主体地位,应该围绕人民主体观强化公权力与人民的新型关系;围绕社会主义核心价值观建立科学合理的评价机制;围绕人民当家作主培养自尊自信、理性平和的新公民;围绕巩固“人民主体的核心”切实加强执政能力建设。
黨堅持人民主體地位體現瞭實現“中國夢”“為瞭誰”、“依靠誰”、“我是誰”的價值追問、力量源泉和責任擔噹。實現“中國夢”必鬚堅持人民群衆的實踐主體地位、價值主體地位、權利主體地位。噹前,堅持人民主體地位麵臨官僚主義擴張、工具理性主義膨脹、社會分化加劇和公共理性欠缺等現實睏境。堅持人民主體地位,應該圍繞人民主體觀彊化公權力與人民的新型關繫;圍繞社會主義覈心價值觀建立科學閤理的評價機製;圍繞人民噹傢作主培養自尊自信、理性平和的新公民;圍繞鞏固“人民主體的覈心”切實加彊執政能力建設。
당견지인민주체지위체현료실현“중국몽”“위료수”、“의고수”、“아시수”적개치추문、역량원천화책임담당。실현“중국몽”필수견지인민군음적실천주체지위、개치주체지위、권리주체지위。당전,견지인민주체지위면림관료주의확장、공구이성주의팽창、사회분화가극화공공이성흠결등현실곤경。견지인민주체지위,응해위요인민주체관강화공권력여인민적신형관계;위요사회주의핵심개치관건립과학합리적평개궤제;위요인민당가작주배양자존자신、이성평화적신공민;위요공고“인민주체적핵심”절실가강집정능력건설。
People's subj ect status upheld by the CPC reflects the Chinese dream's value inquiry of"for whom","relying on whom" and "who I am" and shows the Party's source of strength and responsibilities.To realize the “Chinese dream",we must insist on the people's practical subj ect status, value subj ect status,and their subj ect status of rights.At present,in adhering to the people's subj ect status,we are faced with practical dilemma such as bureaucratic expansion,rampant instrumental rationalism,worsening social differentiation and the lack of public rationality.In adhering to people's subj ect status,we should base ourselves on people's subj ect status to strengthen the new relationship between the public power and the people;focusing on the socialist core value,we should build scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism;in upholding the people as masters,we should cultivate new citizens with virtues such as self-esteem, self-confidence, rationality and peace-loving;we should conscientiously strengthen the governing ability construction by focusing on the"people as the subj ect".
