Luxi Game chickens%metabolizable energy%crude protein%utilization rate
为研究日粮代谢能(ME)水平对生长前期(1~6周龄)和生长后期(7~20周龄)鲁西斗鸡养分利用率的影响,本试验选用体重相近的同批饲养的健康鲁西斗鸡96只(公母各半),分6个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复4只,采用全收粪法,于42 d和91 d进行2次消化代谢试验。1~6周的ME水平分别为:11.98、12.19、12.38、12.62、12.81 MJ/kg;7~20周的ME水平分别为:11.63、11.82、12.03、12.25、12.45 MJ/kg。结果表明,本试验条件下,日粮代谢能水平对鲁西斗鸡生长前期(1~6周)和生长后期(7~20周)总能、干物质和有机物质的表观代谢率和真代谢率均无显著影响(P>0.05),而显著影响粗蛋白质的表观代谢率和真代谢率(P<0.05),1~6周龄12.62 MJ/kg组粗蛋白质表观代谢率和真代谢率最高,分别显著高于11.98 MJ/kg组26.37%和15.61%;7~20周龄11.82 MJ/kg组粗蛋白质表观代谢率和真代谢率最高,分别显著高于11.63 MJ/kg组7.90%和9.00%。本试验条件下,以生长前期和生长后期粗蛋白质表观代谢率和真代谢率为评价指标,鲁西斗鸡日粮适宜代谢能水平,生长前期(1~6周)为12.62 MJ/kg,生长后期(7~20周)为11.82 MJ/kg。

The trial was conducted to study the effect of different dietary metabolizable energy (ME)levels on nutrient utilization rate of Luxi Game chickens during growth prophase(1~6 weeks)and growth anaphase(7~20 weeks),respec-tively.A total of 96 sex-mixed Luxi Game chickens were randomly divided into six experimental treatments with four repli-cates of four birds each.At 42 d and 91 d of age,two designs were used to a ten days all collect method experiment to study the effects of metabolizable energy level on nutrients utilization.The level of ME were 11.98,12.19,12.38,12.62 MJ/kg and 12.81 MJ/kg of diets from 1 to 6 weeks,meanwhile,11.63,11.82,12.03,12.25 MJ/kg and 12.45 MJ/kg of diets from 7 to 20 weeks.The results showed that:different dietary ME levels produced no significant effects on apparent metabolic rates and true metabolic rates of gross energy (GE),dry matter (DM)and organic matter (OM)of Luxi Game chickens during growth prophase(1~6 weeks)and growth anaphase(7~20 weeks)at the present study(P>0.05),however,the significant effects on apparent metabolic rates and true metabolic rates of crude protein (CP)were observed (P < 0.05).CP apparent metabolic rate and true metabolic rate of 12.62 MJ/kg group from 1 to 6 weeks were 26.37% and 15.61% higher than those of 11.98 MJ/kg group,which of 11.82 MJ/kg group from 7 to 20 weeks were 7.90% and 9.00% higher than those of 11.63 MJ/kg group.According to the apparent metabolic rates and true metabolic rates of CP,the suitable ME level of Luxi Game chickens aged from 1 to 6 and 7 to 20 weeks were 12.62 MJ/kg and 11.82 MJ/kg,respectively.
