为摸清历史上与洪山区同属武昌县的江夏区种植洪山菜薹的可行性,在位于江夏区法泗镇的公司甲、位于江夏区郑店街的公司乙、洪山菜薹原产地进行了不同土壤类型种植洪山菜薹品质对比试验。对6个不同土壤样品进行检测,在红菜薹(Brassica campestris L. ssp Chinensis L. var. utilis Tsen et Lee)种质和栽培管理相同条件下,分别测定对应土壤的红菜薹主薹和侧薹品质。结果表明,原产地种植的洪山菜薹主薹品质最好,公司甲黄土种植的洪山菜薹侧薹品质最好;在品种、田间管理相同的条件下,土质是关键所在;在江夏区搞好洪山菜薹示范生产,延伸产业链是可行的。

위모청역사상여홍산구동속무창현적강하구충식홍산채대적가행성,재위우강하구법사진적공사갑、위우강하구정점가적공사을、홍산채대원산지진행료불동토양류형충식홍산채대품질대비시험。대6개불동토양양품진행검측,재홍채대(Brassica campestris L. ssp Chinensis L. var. utilis Tsen et Lee)충질화재배관리상동조건하,분별측정대응토양적홍채대주대화측대품질。결과표명,원산지충식적홍산채대주대품질최호,공사갑황토충식적홍산채대측대품질최호;재품충、전간관리상동적조건하,토질시관건소재;재강하구고호홍산채대시범생산,연신산업련시가행적。
In order to study the feasibility of cultivating purple flowering stalk (Brassica campestris L. ssp Chinensis L. var. utilis Tsen et Lee) in Jiangxia District which was the same territorial jurisdiction of Wuchang County in history, comparative experiments of various soil types and qualities of purple flowering stalk cultivated in Company A in Fasi Town of Jiangxia District, Company B in Zhengdian Township of Jiangxia District, and the origin in Hongshan District was conducted. 6 soil samples were detected. Under the same germplasm resources and cultivation management, main sprouts and side sprouts cut from purple flowering stalk cultivated in various soil types were investigated. The results showed that the main sprouts cut from purple flowering stalk cultivated in the area of origin in Hongshan District were of highest quality. Side sprouts of Company A in Fasi Town of Jiangxia District were of the highest quality. Moreover, soil property was of crucial significance when the field management and the variety are the same. It is feasible to cultivate purple flowering stalk in Jiangxia District, and to extend the industry chain.
