作为路桥施工中常见的一种结构,路桥支架结构存在施工监理和在役监测难,以及检测手段有限等问题。在此提出了一种基于Zigbee和GPRS无线通信技术的支架结构安全监测系统。该系统由ZigBee技术组成无线传感器网络对支架结构立杆及剪刀撑部位进行应变和倾角的数据采集,智能无线传感器将所采集数据直接或通过路由设备无线发送至协调器。GPRS网络再将ZigBee协调器汇聚数据进行无线远传至远程监控中心监测软件。上位机监测软件采用LabVIEW编写,实时显示监测现场数据,并能够实现对数据的存储、查询及报警。实验测试结果表明该系统能够实现对支架结构的在线、快速、准确测量,从而满足对支架结构进行长期实时监测的要求。

As one of common structure forms of road and bridge construction,there are some difficulties of construction su-pervision and in-service monitoring and a limitation of inspection methods in the project construction of supporting structure. In this paper,a supporting structure safety monitoring system based on ZigBee and GPRS wireless communication technique is pro-posed. In the system,strain and angle about upright tube and diagonal bridging are collected by ZigBee wireless sensor net-work,then the collected data is transmitted straightly or through router to coordinator,and the aggregated data is wirelessly transmitted to remote monitoring center through GPRS subsequently. LabVIEW is adopted for compiling the PC monitoring soft-ware,which is used for real-time data display of the monitored field,data storage,query and alarm. The test results show that the system can realize the online,rapid and accurate measurement for the supporting structure,so as to meet the requirements of long-term real-time monitoring to the supporting structure.
