经优化设计的新一代罗茨真空泵采用三叶式叶轮,具有单级泵和双级泵二个系列规格,双级泵采用一体化的整体式结构,提高泵的综合性能。在低真空段使用单级泵,在高真空段使用双级泵,可充分发挥罗茨真空泵的能效优势,并提高真空度,满足现代中小型纸机的配套要求,达到节能降耗的目的。

New generation of Roots vacuum pulp designed with optimization, has two series of single stage pump and twin stage pump, which is designed as integration structure to raise the comprehensive performance. Single-stage pump was applied in lower vacuum condition and two-stage pump was applied in higher vacuum condition to express the energy efficiency and raise the vacuum degree. This can meet the needs of energy saving and consumption reducing for small and middle-sized paper machines.
