目的:观察丹参多酚酸盐对肾病综合征患者的血流变学、血脂、凝血及抗氧化效果。方法:将67例诊断原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,疗程14天。分别观察治疗前后血脂和凝血纤溶、血液流变学指标变化及丙二醛( Malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶( Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)等情况。结果:治疗结束后两组患者各项指标与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:丹参多酚酸盐能显著改善肾病综合征患者的高脂及高凝状态,防止血栓,并能改善肾综患者的抗氧化应激能力,提高肾病综合征的疗效。

목적:관찰단삼다분산염대신병종합정환자적혈류변학、혈지、응혈급항양화효과。방법:장67례진단원발성신병종합정환자수궤분위치료조화대조조。대조조채용상규치료,치료조재상규치료적기출상,가용단삼다분산염치료,료정14천。분별관찰치료전후혈지화응혈섬용、혈액류변학지표변화급병이철( Malondialdehyde,MDA)、초양화물기화매( Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)등정황。결과:치료결속후량조환자각항지표여치료전비교,차이유통계학의의。결론:단삼다분산염능현저개선신병종합정환자적고지급고응상태,방지혈전,병능개선신종환자적항양화응격능력,제고신병종합정적료효。
Objective To observe the salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt of hemorrheology in patients with nephrotic syndrome, blood lipid,blood clotting and antioxidant effect. Methods 67 patients with diagnosis of primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group using conventional treatment,treatment group on the basis of conventional treat-ment,and treated with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt,course of 14 days. Were observed before and after treatment the blood fat and blood coagulation fibrinolysis,hemorheology index change and Malondialdehyde,Malondialdehyde( MDA),Superoxide Dismutase( SOD), Superoxide Dismutase,SOD),and so on and so forth. Results Two groups of patients after treatment compared with before treatment,the in-dicators difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols salts can significantly improve the high fat and high in patients with nephrotic syndrome coagulation state,to prevent blood clots,and can improve the kidney in oxidative stress resistance, improve the therapeutic efficacy of nephrotic syndrome.
