目的：了解带状疱疹患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况。方法采用流式细胞仪技术检测197例带状疱疹患者T淋巴细胞亚群的分布情况。结果与健康对照比较，带状疱疹患者外周血CD3＋T淋巴细胞和CD4＋T淋巴细胞明显降低，CD8＋T淋巴细胞升高，CD4＋/CD8＋比值下降，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），老年带状疱疹患者下降更为明显；不同年龄组的患者间存在CD4＋T淋巴细胞、CD8＋T淋巴细胞、CD4＋/CD8＋比值的差异；不同性别组、不同视觉模拟评分组患者之间T淋巴细胞亚群值差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论带状疱疹患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能下降，T淋巴细胞免疫功能下降可能与带状疱疹的发病有关。
목적：료해대상포진환자T림파세포아군변화정황。방법채용류식세포의기술검측197례대상포진환자T림파세포아군적분포정황。결과여건강대조비교，대상포진환자외주혈CD3＋T림파세포화CD4＋T림파세포명현강저，CD8＋T림파세포승고，CD4＋/CD8＋비치하강，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05），노년대상포진환자하강경위명현；불동년령조적환자간존재CD4＋T림파세포、CD8＋T림파세포、CD4＋/CD8＋비치적차이；불동성별조、불동시각모의평분조환자지간T림파세포아군치차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론대상포진환자T림파세포면역공능하강，T림파세포면역공능하강가능여대상포진적발병유관。
Objective To study the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with herpes zoster .Methods T lymphocyte subsets were detected by fluorescence -activated cell sorter in 197 cases with herpes zoster ,and 31 healthy volunteers recruited as control group .Re-sults CD3 +,CD4 +T cell and CD4 +/CD8 +T cell ration were significantly decreased in patients with herpes zoster ,especially in old pa-tients compared with those in control group , while CD8 +T cell increased obviously .There was no significant difference in CD 4 +, CD8 +T cell,CD4 +/CD8 +T cell ration of different ages ,gender and visual analogue scale score groups .Conclusion T cellular immunity function is decreased in the patients with herpes zostor .The decline of T cell immune function may be related to the pathogenesis of herpes zoster .
