本文首先对城际（区域）轨道交通的概念、功能及发展现状作出阐述，再以沪宁城际铁路为研究对象，通过实地调研和数据资料的收集，分析沪宁城际铁路沿线站点开发建设、土地利用、运营状况对客流的影响作用，并建立评价体系，对铁路可行性研究报告和城市总体规划编制进行分析，提出综合解决方案，从而达到促进城际铁路良性发展及大都市区新兴城镇协调发展，实现“一日生活圈”的目的。
本文首先對城際（區域）軌道交通的概唸、功能及髮展現狀作齣闡述，再以滬寧城際鐵路為研究對象，通過實地調研和數據資料的收集，分析滬寧城際鐵路沿線站點開髮建設、土地利用、運營狀況對客流的影響作用，併建立評價體繫，對鐵路可行性研究報告和城市總體規劃編製進行分析，提齣綜閤解決方案，從而達到促進城際鐵路良性髮展及大都市區新興城鎮協調髮展，實現“一日生活圈”的目的。
본문수선대성제（구역）궤도교통적개념、공능급발전현상작출천술，재이호저성제철로위연구대상，통과실지조연화수거자료적수집，분석호저성제철로연선참점개발건설、토지이용、운영상황대객류적영향작용，병건립평개체계，대철로가행성연구보고화성시총체규화편제진행분석，제출종합해결방안，종이체도촉진성제철로량성발전급대도시구신흥성진협조발전，실현“일일생활권”적목적。
This article makes an introduction on the concept, function and development of the intercity (regional) rail transport. Then it makes a case study on the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway. Based on the field research and data collection, it makes an analysis on the development and construction of the stops along Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway site, as well as its land use and the influence of the operation on the passenger flow. In addition, it establishes an evaluation system for the feasibility study report and the overall urban planning, and proposes the integrated solutions to promote the healthy development of the intercity rail and the coordinated development of the emerging towns in metropolitan areas, and further achieve the "one-day living circle".
