目的：探讨合并糖尿病胃癌患者的围手术期处理。方法：对2003年4月-2013年4月在笔者所在医院进行手术治疗的35例合并糖尿病胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：35例患者围手术期血糖控制在6.1~11.1 mmol/L，尿糖控制在(±~+)。所有患者无手术死亡，全部安全渡过围手术期。结论：合理运用胰岛素，严格控制血糖，合并糖尿病的胃癌患者能够安全渡过围手术期。
목적：탐토합병당뇨병위암환자적위수술기처리。방법：대2003년4월-2013년4월재필자소재의원진행수술치료적35례합병당뇨병위암환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：35례환자위수술기혈당공제재6.1~11.1 mmol/L，뇨당공제재(±~+)。소유환자무수술사망，전부안전도과위수술기。결론：합리운용이도소，엄격공제혈당，합병당뇨병적위암환자능구안전도과위수술기。
Objective:To investigate the perioperative management of patients with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus.Method:Clinical data of 35 cases with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus underwent operation were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The blood glucose levels of 35 cases were controlled in the range from 6.1 to 11.1 mmol/L,and the urine glucose was kept from (±) to (+).There was no death after operation.All patients recovered safely.Conclusion:Patients with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus can experience the operation safely as long as blood glucose could be adjusted to a reasonable level by using insulin correctly.
