目的 观察复方红景天提取物对大鼠+Gz暴露后血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的影响. 方法 雄性SD大鼠72只,按体重编号随机分为6组:正常对照组、捆绑组、+10 Gz组、复方红景天低(0.75 g/kg)、中(1.5 g/kg)、高(3.0 g/kg)剂量组,每组12只.复方红景天组给予相应剂量的复方红景天提取物灌胃,其他各组给予蒸馏水灌胃,连续14d.14d后,正常对照组不做处理,捆绑组动物只做捆绑应激,其他4组均进行+10 Gz暴露.暴露后,迅速处死动物并收集血清进行SOD活性、MDA含量检测. 结果 大鼠体重均增加,各组之间无统计学差异.与正常对照组比,捆绑组、+10 Gz组、复方红景天低剂量组、中剂量组的SOD活性均明显降低(P<0.01),高剂量组SOD活性变化不明显.中、高剂量组SOD活性明显高于捆绑组和+10 Gz组(P<0.01).与+10 Gz组比,中剂量组MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05),其他各组MDA含量无明显变化. 结论 中等剂量的复方红景天可增加+Gz暴露后大鼠血清SOD活力,降低MDA浓度;对+Gz所致机体氧化应激损伤具有防护作用.

목적 관찰복방홍경천제취물대대서+Gz폭로후혈청초양화물기화매(superoxide dismutase,SOD)활성화병이철(malondialdehyde,MDA)함량적영향. 방법 웅성SD대서72지,안체중편호수궤분위6조:정상대조조、곤방조、+10 Gz조、복방홍경천저(0.75 g/kg)、중(1.5 g/kg)、고(3.0 g/kg)제량조,매조12지.복방홍경천조급여상응제량적복방홍경천제취물관위,기타각조급여증류수관위,련속14d.14d후,정상대조조불주처리,곤방조동물지주곤방응격,기타4조균진행+10 Gz폭로.폭로후,신속처사동물병수집혈청진행SOD활성、MDA함량검측. 결과 대서체중균증가,각조지간무통계학차이.여정상대조조비,곤방조、+10 Gz조、복방홍경천저제량조、중제량조적SOD활성균명현강저(P<0.01),고제량조SOD활성변화불명현.중、고제량조SOD활성명현고우곤방조화+10 Gz조(P<0.01).여+10 Gz조비,중제량조MDA함량명현강저(P<0.05),기타각조MDA함량무명현변화. 결론 중등제량적복방홍경천가증가+Gz폭로후대서혈청SOD활력,강저MDA농도;대+Gz소치궤체양화응격손상구유방호작용.
Objective To observe the effects of extracted compound rhodiola on superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the serum of rat after + Gz exposure.Methods Seventy-two male SD rats were averagely divided into six groups:normal control group,binding group,+10 Gz group and compound rhodiola extract low,middle,and high dosage groups with extracted compound rhodiola.The low,middle,and high dosage group was respectwely administrated with the dosages of 0.75 g/kg,1.5 g/kg and 3.0 g/kg and the others were given distilled water.Except normal control group and binding group,the other groups were exposed to+10 Gz after daily intragastric administration for 14 days.The serum of rats was collected,and its SOD activity and MDA content were determined subsequently.Results The weight of rats increased significantly and there was no statistical difference among all the groups.Compared with normal control group,SOD activity of high dosage group was slightly changed but the other group's was decreased significantly (P<0.01).Compared with binding group and+ 10 Gz group,SOD activity of middle and high dosage group was increased obviously (P<0.01).MDA content of middle dosage group was significantly decreased after +10 Gz exposure.Conclusions Compound rhodiola can increase SOD activity and decrease MDA content of rat serum after+Gz exposure.The results indicate that compound rhodiola would be effective in protecting +Gz induced organism damage.
