针对某地被掩埋的152 Eu放射性点源,设计了一种利用152 Eu的344.3和1408 keV全能峰计数率比值就地测量152 Eu点源掩埋深度和活度的方法。该方法克服了掩埋介质对测量的影响,使用就地HPGeγ谱仪进行2次测量可测量点源的掩埋深度和活度。用一152 Eu标准点源进行实验研究,结果显示,测得的掩埋深度、活度的最大相对偏差分别小于9.5%、4.5%。

In this paper,a method using the full-energy peak counts rate ratio between 344.3 keV and 1408 keV γ-rays emitted by 152 Eu for the buried depth and activity of an 152 Eu point source was designed.The pro-posed method overcomes the influence of the contents of covering material and only twice measurements are e-nough for estimating buried depth and activity of a 152 Eu point source.A standard 152 Eu point source was used to validate this method, and the results show that the measured depth and activity by the method are accordant well with those well known values,with deviation less than 9.5%and 4.5%,respectively.
