本文对辽宁花生纹枯病病原学进行了较为系统的研究。根据病原菌形态学特征及致病性测定,明确辽宁花生纹枯病病原菌为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani )。病原菌生物学特性研究发现该菌最适 pH 值为7.0;该菌能利用供试的6种碳源和5种氮源进行营养生长,在尿素作为唯一氮源的培养基上菌丝不生长并且不产生菌核,其余碳氮源培养基均产生菌核;该菌在玉米粉和 PDA培养基上生长最好;光照对菌丝的生长及菌核的产生影响不大。
本文對遼寧花生紋枯病病原學進行瞭較為繫統的研究。根據病原菌形態學特徵及緻病性測定,明確遼寧花生紋枯病病原菌為立枯絲覈菌(Rhizoctonia solani )。病原菌生物學特性研究髮現該菌最適 pH 值為7.0;該菌能利用供試的6種碳源和5種氮源進行營養生長,在尿素作為唯一氮源的培養基上菌絲不生長併且不產生菌覈,其餘碳氮源培養基均產生菌覈;該菌在玉米粉和 PDA培養基上生長最好;光照對菌絲的生長及菌覈的產生影響不大。

The pathogen causing peanut sheath blight in Liaoning was researched systematically in this article.Pathogen identification was carried out based on morphological characteristics and pathogenici-ty mensurate, the pathogen was identified as Rhizoctonia solani in Liaoning.The result of biological characteristics showed that the optimum pH for its growth was 7.0.It could utilize all of the 6 tested carbon sources and 5 tested nitrogen sources for its vegetative growth, neither sclerotia nor hyphae were developed on the media containing urea as the only nitrogen source, but it produced sclerotia with the rest of nitrogen and carbon source medium.It grew best in PDA and corn flour.Light on the growth effect of hypha and sclerotia was not significant.
