本研究以低温和正常温度分期播种方式,调查157份花生种质资源在田间播后12d、17d 和22d 的出苗情况,初步建立花生种质资源的苗期耐低温性鉴定方法。研究结果表明,花生种质资源在低温和正常温度下的出苗情况存在显著差异,低温较正常温度下出苗时间推迟5d 以上,播种后17d 为花生出苗调查的最佳时间;相对出苗率80%可作为花生种质资源耐低温性鉴定标准,并根据相对出苗率将花生种质资源划分为不耐、低耐、中耐、高耐4个等级。筛选获得12份高耐低温花生种质资源,为花生育种和生产奠定物质材料基础。

본연구이저온화정상온도분기파충방식,조사157빈화생충질자원재전간파후12d、17d 화22d 적출묘정황,초보건립화생충질자원적묘기내저온성감정방법。연구결과표명,화생충질자원재저온화정상온도하적출묘정황존재현저차이,저온교정상온도하출묘시간추지5d 이상,파충후17d 위화생출묘조사적최가시간;상대출묘솔80%가작위화생충질자원내저온성감정표준,병근거상대출묘솔장화생충질자원화분위불내、저내、중내、고내4개등급。사선획득12빈고내저온화생충질자원,위화생육충화생산전정물질재료기출。
157 peanut germplasms were sown in the field in two different sowing time, including low-temperature time and normal-temperature time respectively, so as to investigate their emergence rate, average emergence rate and relative emergence rate after sowed 12 days, 17 days and 22 days.The re-sult showed that remarkable difference was existed among 157 peanut germplasms with tolerance to low temperature, and seeding emergence time delayed 5 days when peanut were sowed in low-tempera-ture time.The analysis of statistics showed that 17 days after sowing was the most suitable time to in-vestigate seedling emergence rate, and 80% of relative emergence rate could be the criteria to identify the tolerance to low temperature.And the preliminary method for screening peanut low temperature tolerance was constructed.In this study, 12 peanut varieties with high tolerance to low temperature were acquired, which were important material base for subsequent study and practical application.
