Application of EM (effective microorganisms) compost can make peanut plant shorter and stronger, increase its branches number and prevent its vain growth, which leading to the improve-ment of the yield and quality of peanut especially through the enlargement of pods and kernels as well as higher kernel percentage.Besides, the application of EM compost can control the diseases, over-come the continuous cropping obstacles and relief the damage caused by grub.
