目的：通过协议护理模式，提高肾病综合征患者治疗行为的依从性，达到有效控制病情复发的目的。方法：对确诊的120例住院患者随机分为协议护理组（下称强化组）和常规组各60例，强化组采用协议护理模式，协定健康教育的方式和内容，且把协议随访延续至出院；常规组采用常规护理健康教育、电话询问和门诊询问的方式随访。评价两组患者住院期间和出院后3个月治疗行为的依从性、疾病知识了解程度及再次入院率。结果：两组患者比较住院期间激素治疗依从性无差异（P＞0．05），出院后3个月治疗行为依从性和住院期间疾病知识了解程度有显著性差异（P＜0．05），强化组再次入院率均明显低于常规组（P＜0．05）。结论：通过协议护理模式可促进患者规范治疗，提高治疗行为的依从性，改善生活质量，达到有效控制病情复发的目的。

목적：통과협의호리모식，제고신병종합정환자치료행위적의종성，체도유효공제병정복발적목적。방법：대학진적120례주원환자수궤분위협의호리조（하칭강화조）화상규조각60례，강화조채용협의호리모식，협정건강교육적방식화내용，차파협의수방연속지출원；상규조채용상규호리건강교육、전화순문화문진순문적방식수방。평개량조환자주원기간화출원후3개월치료행위적의종성、질병지식료해정도급재차입원솔。결과：량조환자비교주원기간격소치료의종성무차이（P＞0．05），출원후3개월치료행위의종성화주원기간질병지식료해정도유현저성차이（P＜0．05），강화조재차입원솔균명현저우상규조（P＜0．05）。결론：통과협의호리모식가촉진환자규범치료，제고치료행위적의종성，개선생활질량，체도유효공제병정복발적목적。
Objective :The protocol nursing mode ,to improve the compliance behavior of patients with nephrotic syn-drome ,to effectively control the disease recurrence of the objective .Methods :A total of 120 cases of hospitalized pa-tients were randomly divided into nursing group (hereinafter referred to as strengthening protocol group ) and the con-ventional group 60 cases ,strengthen the group using the protocol nursing mode ,method and content of health educa-tion of the agreement ,the protocol followed until discharge ;routine treatment group was treated with routine nursing health education ,follow up telephone and outpatient inquiry method .Evaluation of two groups of patients during hospi-talization and 3 months after discharge treatment compliance ,the degree of knowledge about disease and readmission rate .Results:Two groups of patients during hospitalization hormone treatment compliance no difference (P>0 .05) ,3 months after discharge treatment compliance and there were significant differences in understanding the degree of knowledge of disease (P<0 .05) during the ,strengthen the group hospital readmission rates were significantly lower than the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The protocol nursing mode can promote the patient standard treatment , improve the treatment compliance behavior ,to improve the quality of life ,to effectively control the disease recurrence .
