[目的]探讨超声对膀胱占位性病变的诊断价值。[方法]回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的60例膀胱病变超声声像图特征。[结果]膀胱结石29例，膀胱异物2例，膀胱结核1例，膀胱肿瘤28例，其中乳头状瘤3例，膀胱癌24例。超声对膀胱占位性病变的阳性诊断符合率为98．3％。[结论]超声检查对膀胱占位性病变的诊断有极为实际的临床应用价值，可作为普查膀胱疾病的重要方法。
[目的]探討超聲對膀胱佔位性病變的診斷價值。[方法]迴顧性分析經手術及病理證實的60例膀胱病變超聲聲像圖特徵。[結果]膀胱結石29例，膀胱異物2例，膀胱結覈1例，膀胱腫瘤28例，其中乳頭狀瘤3例，膀胱癌24例。超聲對膀胱佔位性病變的暘性診斷符閤率為98．3％。[結論]超聲檢查對膀胱佔位性病變的診斷有極為實際的臨床應用價值，可作為普查膀胱疾病的重要方法。
[목적]탐토초성대방광점위성병변적진단개치。[방법]회고성분석경수술급병리증실적60례방광병변초성성상도특정。[결과]방광결석29례，방광이물2례，방광결핵1례，방광종류28례，기중유두상류3례，방광암24례。초성대방광점위성병변적양성진단부합솔위98．3％。[결론]초성검사대방광점위성병변적진단유겁위실제적림상응용개치，가작위보사방광질병적중요방법。
[Objective] To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound in bladder space-occupying lesions. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was made of 60 cases for sonographic features of bladder lesions confirmed by surgery and pathological examination . [ Results] There were bladder stones in 29 cases, bladder foreign body in 2 cases, bladder tuberculosis in 1 case, and bladder tumors in 28 cases, of which 3 were bladder papillomas and 24 bladder carcinomas .The consistency rate was 98 .3%in the posi-tive ultrasound diagnosis of bladder space-occupying lesions . [ Conclusion ] Ultrasound diagnosis of bladder space-occupying lesions is of extremely practical value in clinical application , which may serve as an important approach for mass screening of bladder disease .
