目的：观察五味子护肝片对急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠肝脏的保护作用。方法通过急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠模型，观察五味子护肝片连续给小鼠灌胃30d后小鼠血清谷草转氨酶（AST）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、甘油三酯（TG）、极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）和肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）水平的变化。结果五味子护肝片中、高剂量组均可降低血清中ALT、AST、TG、VLDL活性或含量，升高肝脏组织SOD活性、降低MDA含量，与肝损伤模型组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05或0．01）；肝组织病理学改变较肝损伤模型组显著减轻（P＜0．05）。结论五味子护肝片对急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠肝脏有保护作用。
목적：관찰오미자호간편대급성주정성간손상소서간장적보호작용。방법통과급성주정성간손상소서모형，관찰오미자호간편련속급소서관위30d후소서혈청곡초전안매（AST）、곡병전안매（ALT）、감유삼지（TG）、겁저밀도지단백（VLDL）화간조직중초양화물기화매（SOD）、병이철（MDA）수평적변화。결과오미자호간편중、고제량조균가강저혈청중ALT、AST、TG、VLDL활성혹함량，승고간장조직SOD활성、강저MDA함량，여간손상모형조비교차이유현저성（P＜0．05혹0．01）；간조직병이학개변교간손상모형조현저감경（P＜0．05）。결론오미자호간편대급성주정성간손상소서간장유보호작용。
Objective To research the protective effects of Wuweizi Liver Protecting Tablet on a-cute alcoholic liver damage mice .Methods Liver injured mice models were made by alcohol ,Wuweizi Liver Protecting Tablet were intragastric administration continuously for 30 days , the contents of AST ,ALT and TG were detected ,and the pathology change of hepatic were observed .Results Wu-weizi Liver Protecting Tablet of the moderate-dose group and the high-dose group can obviously lower down the activities or contents of AST ,ALT ,VLDL and TG compared with the model group ,elevat-ed liver homogenate SOD activity ,decreased MDA content (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) ,and the pathology change of hepatic were obviously improved than the model group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Wuweizi Liv-er Protecting Tablet has protective effect in alcoholic liver injure mice .
