受西法东渐风气的影响，清季法律教育理念发生了重大变革，近代意义上的法律教育开始兴起。这不仅表现在有志之士呼吁中西学并重，且政法学堂也重视聘请外籍教师，以外语教授西方法律，派遣法学留学生出国，以至形成中外合办高等法学教育的特色，这无不渗透着中西文化冲突与交融的时代特征。
受西法東漸風氣的影響，清季法律教育理唸髮生瞭重大變革，近代意義上的法律教育開始興起。這不僅錶現在有誌之士呼籲中西學併重，且政法學堂也重視聘請外籍教師，以外語教授西方法律，派遣法學留學生齣國，以至形成中外閤辦高等法學教育的特色，這無不滲透著中西文化遲突與交融的時代特徵。
수서법동점풍기적영향，청계법률교육이념발생료중대변혁，근대의의상적법률교육개시흥기。저불부표현재유지지사호우중서학병중，차정법학당야중시빙청외적교사，이외어교수서방법률，파견법학류학생출국，이지형성중외합판고등법학교육적특색，저무불삼투착중서문화충돌여교융적시대특정。
Great change happened in legal education at the end of Qing Dynasty, which results from the introduction of western law into the east. The rise of modern law education begins. The brilliant people claimed that Western learning is as much important as Chi-nese learning. Foreign teachers were invited to teach and foreign languages were used during the course in schools of politics and law at that time. What’s more, many students studied law abroad. Then the cooperation between China and the Western countries was formed in higher legal education. All these embodiedthe conflict and blend between Chinese and western culture.
