Polyacrylamide Hydrogel%Mammoplasty%Magnetic Resonance Imaging
目的:探讨磁共振成像对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症的MR表现及其临床价值。方法对48例注射隆乳(聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(polyacrylamide hydrogel,PAHG))的术后患者的MRI资料进行回顾性分析,对PAHG分布的层次,性状进行定位和评估。结果 MR可清晰显示PAHG残留状况,48例中,6例(12只)乳腺假体形态尚可,乳腺柔软度正常;18例(32只)乳腺假体包膜破裂;11例(22只)乳腺硬结形成,局部可扪及硬结;7例(14只)乳腺假体形态异常、不对称,PAHG有移位;6例(12只)乳房有变硬感。MR表现与临床表现与术中所见基本相符。结论聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳术后各种并发症的MRI表现有一定特点,乳腺MRI扫描可以作为首选影像学检查,具有重要的术前指导作用。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI and its clinical significance in complications of polyacrylamide hydrogel(PAHG) injection for augmentation mammoplasty. Methods The MR imaging and clinical data of 48 patients who had breast augmentation with polyacrylamide hydrogel injection were retrospectively reviewed. The location and quality of PAHG in breast were evaluated. Results In 48 patients injected with PAHG, 6 cases (12 breasts) were normal; the cystic walls of implants splited in 18 cases (32 breasts);11 cases (22 breasts) were found scleroma in some part;breast asymmetry occurred in 7 cases (14 breasts );6 cases (12 breasts) were stiffened. Conclusion Since each complication after breast angmentation with PAHG injection has its own MR features, breast imaging can provide diagnostic information as the first choice and can play an important role in preoperative guidance.
