磁共振弥散成像是近些年发展起来的一种新的成像技术。通过神经组织中水分子的弥散特性,定量反映白质纤维束的完整性及各种病变,从而在微观水平对脊髓损伤进行更精确的评价。磁共振弥散成像对脊髓损伤(SCI)的早期诊断、治疗和预后均具有重要价值。本文对磁共振弥散成像技术在急慢性脊髓损伤中的应用情况及研究进展进行综述。

Magnetic resonance diffusion imaging is a new imaging technique developed in recent years. Through the nerve tissue dispersion properties of water molecules, which can quantitatively reflects the integrity of white matter fiber tracts and various kinds of pathological changes ,thus to make a more accurate evaluation of spinal cord injury at the micro level. Magnetic resonance diffusion imaging is valuable for the diagnosis in the early stage,the treatment and the prognosis of spinal cord injury(SCI). In this paper, the magnetic resonance diffusion imaging technology in application of acute or chronic spinal cord injury and the research progress were summarized.
