目的:分析晚期肺癌患者出凝血指标与存活时间的关系。方法将47例晚期肺癌患者分为2组,一组是存活时间≤3月者,一组是存活时间>3月者,对两组病人血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、D二聚体( D-D)、纤维蛋白原( Fbg)、抗凝血酶( AT)活性5项出凝血指标进行检测,对两组各项出凝血指标进行比较,观察有无统计学差异。结果存活时间≤3月的患者血浆D-D及Fbg含量比存活时间>3月明显升高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。而血浆PT、aPTT、AT活性比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论肺癌患者血浆D-D、Fbg含量与预后显著相关,在预后判断方面具有重要的临床意义,抗凝治疗对改善肺癌的预后可能有益。 AT活性是否随晚期肺癌患者生存时间的长短而变化,尚需进一步研究考证。

Objective To analyze the relationship between coagulation indicatorsand the survival time of patients with advanced lung cancer .Methods 47 patients with advanced lung cancer patients were divided into two groups,one group is the survival time of ≤3 months,a group of survival time >3 months.Detect and compare prothrombin time ( PT ) , activated partial thromboplastin time ( aPTT ) , D-dimer ( D-D ) , fibrinogen (Fbg),antithrombin(AT)activity in two groups patients,observe whether the statistical difference .Results D-D and Fbg in plasma of patients survival time of ≤3 months was more higher than patients survival time of>3 months,P<0.05,there was the statistical difference .there was not the statistical difference in PT ,aPTT, AT activity of in plasma ,P>0 .05 .Conclusion D-D and Fbg levels in plasma of lung cancer patients were significantly correlated with the prognosis and has important clinical significance for prognosis ,anticoagulation therapy may be beneficial for improving the prognosis of lung cancer .In AT whether the activity varies with the length of survival in patients with advanced lung cancer ,the research needs further study .
