Objective:To investigate the risk factors of acute pancreatitis.Methods:The clinical data of 183 cases of acute pancreatitis from May 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital for diagnosis was taken for retrospective analysis.The risk factors were taken for analysis.Results:The risk factors of acute pancreatitis from high to the end were excessive diet, biliary tract disease,alcohol,high fat,drugs,pancreatic disease,trauma,there was 31.15%unknown danger factors in patients.The acute pancreatitis were mainly distributed in the age of patients with 31 to 40, 41 to 50, among which, was closely related to excessive eating,bile duct disease,alcohol and other factors and age,P<0.05.In the factors of the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis,alcoholics were most prone to SAP,followed by biliary tract disease. Conclusion:The main risk factors of acute pancreatitis is excessive dietary and biliary tract disease,most between the ages of 31 to 50 years old, which is the most prone to severe acute pancreatitis.
