目的：：探讨多层螺旋CT对良性卵巢囊性病变的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析2012年10月~2013年6月经病理确诊的68例良性卵巢囊性病变患者,所有患者均经B超和多层螺旋CT进行诊断。结果：多层螺旋CT诊断准确68例,准确率为100%,B超诊断61例,准确率为89.7%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT主要发现的良性卵巢囊性病变有囊腺瘤、卵巢囊肿、成熟性囊性畸胎瘤、巧克力囊肿和炎症囊肿,其中最多为囊腺瘤和卵巢囊肿,明显多于其他三种囊性病变(P<0.05)。囊腺瘤36例,卵巢囊肿21例,成熟性囊性畸胎瘤4例,巧克力囊肿4例,炎症囊肿3例,均具有特征性的CT表现。结论：良性卵巢囊性肿瘤的多层螺旋CT表现有一定特征性,CT对卵巢囊性肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有一定帮助。
목적：：탐토다층라선CT대량성란소낭성병변적진단개치。방법：회고성분석2012년10월~2013년6월경병리학진적68례량성란소낭성병변환자,소유환자균경B초화다층라선CT진행진단。결과：다층라선CT진단준학68례,준학솔위100%,B초진단61례,준학솔위89.7%,량조비교유명현차이(P<0.05)。다층라선CT주요발현적량성란소낭성병변유낭선류、란소낭종、성숙성낭성기태류、교극력낭종화염증낭종,기중최다위낭선류화란소낭종,명현다우기타삼충낭성병변(P<0.05)。낭선류36례,란소낭종21례,성숙성낭성기태류4례,교극력낭종4례,염증낭종3례,균구유특정성적CT표현。결론：량성란소낭성종류적다층라선CT표현유일정특정성,CT대란소낭성종류적진단급감별진단구유일정방조。
Objective:To study the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of benign ovarian cystic lesions.Methods:Retrospective analysis of October 2012~Jun 2013 pathologically diagnosed 68 cases of benign ovarian cystic lesions, all patients were B ultrasound and multislice spiral CT for diagnosis.Results:Multislice spiral CT diagnostic accuracy 68 cases, the accuracy was 100%, B ultrasound diagnosis of 61 cases, the accuracy was 89.7%, the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Key findings of multislice spiral CT cystic lesions with benign ovarian cystadenoma,ovarian cysts,mature cystic teratoma,chocolate cysts and inflammatory cysts,which up to cystadenoma and ovarian cysts,significantly more than the other three cystic lesions (P<0.05).Cystadenoma 36 cases,21 cases of ovarian cysts, mature cystic teratoma 4 cases,4 cases of chocolate cysts, inflammation cysts of 3 cases,with characteristic CT findings.Conclusion:Benign ovarian cystic tumors of multislice CT performance has a certain characteristic,CT diagnosis of ovarian cystic tumors and differential diagnosis with some help.
