目的：：回顾性分析我院重症医学科急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者应用呼吸机治疗的临床效果。方法：我院2011年1月至2013年3月间各类原发病伴发急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者病例62例,病后均入住我重症医学科治疗,均行常规治疗和早期呼吸机治疗,记录患者治疗情况和效果,并比较治疗前和治疗后血气指标。结果：呼吸机平均治疗时间(7.3±1.2)d,安全脱机率为83.87%(52/62),病死率16.13%(10/62)；患者治疗后氧合指数和PH值明显升高,PaCO2和呼吸频率明显下降,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：呼吸机在改善患者血气指标、辅助氧供应和恢复自主呼吸能力等方面具有积极作用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ventilator in treatment patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods:62 cases with acute respiratory distress syndrome with all kinds of primary disease in our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 March were treated by conventional treatment and early ventilator treatment. To record the treatment condition and effect, and compare the blood gas indexes before and after treatment.Results:The average time of ventilator therapy was (7.3 ± 1.2) d, the safety offline rate was 83.87%(52/62), the mortality rate was 16.13%(10/62);of the oxygenation index and pH after treatment increased significantly, PaCO2 and respiratory frequency decreased significantly, the data was statistically compared with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The ventilation has positive effect in improving blood gas index, supplying auxiliary oxygen and recoverying spontaneous breathing ability.
