目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声（ CDFI）在胎盘植入（ PI）中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2010-01～2013-11经手术及病理证实的56例PI患者的超声声像图特征、血流分布和血流动力学变化情况。结果56例PI患者，CDFI成功检出38例，漏诊18例，检出率为67.9％。结论 CDFI检查有助于PI的检出，结合病史，重点分析血流分布特点有助于降低PI漏误诊率。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성（ CDFI）재태반식입（ PI）중적진단개치。방법회고성분석2010-01～2013-11경수술급병리증실적56례PI환자적초성성상도특정、혈류분포화혈류동역학변화정황。결과56례PI환자，CDFI성공검출38례，루진18례，검출솔위67.9％。결론 CDFI검사유조우PI적검출，결합병사，중점분석혈류분포특점유조우강저PI루오진솔。
Objective To investigate the clinic value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of placenta implantation ( PI) .Methods Fifty-six cases of PI confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed by two-dimensional characteristics , blood flow distribution and hemodynamic changes .Results In 56 cases of PI, 38 cases were successfully detected by CDFI with a detection rate of 67.9%,but 18 cases were misdiagnosed . Conclusion CDFI can improve the detection of PI , paying carefully attention to the clinic history and the character-istic of flow distribution is helpful for reducing the misdiagnosis rate .
