目的：探讨经皮胆囊穿刺引流加化学灭活治疗老年急性胆囊炎的疗效。方法回顾分析37例施行经皮胆囊穿刺引流加胆囊化学灭活治疗的老年急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料。结果37例患者均成功施行经皮胆囊穿刺置管引流术，获得有效的胆囊引流，术后6周经引流管注入95％无水酒精进行胆囊化学灭活，未发生胆瘘、出血等并发症，均痊愈出院。随访1～3年无一例再出现“胆囊炎”症状。结论经皮胆囊穿刺引流加化学灭活治疗老年急性胆囊炎，创伤小，简单易行，安全有效。
목적：탐토경피담낭천자인류가화학멸활치료노년급성담낭염적료효。방법회고분석37례시행경피담낭천자인류가담낭화학멸활치료적노년급성담낭염환자적림상자료。결과37례환자균성공시행경피담낭천자치관인류술，획득유효적담낭인류，술후6주경인류관주입95％무수주정진행담낭화학멸활，미발생담루、출혈등병발증，균전유출원。수방1～3년무일례재출현“담낭염”증상。결론경피담낭천자인류가화학멸활치료노년급성담낭염，창상소，간단역행，안전유효。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of percutaneous puncture and drainage of gallbladder plus chemical inactivation in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis .Methods A retrospective analysis was per-formed of clinical data in 37 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis who were treated by percutaneous puncture and drainage gallbladder and chemical inactivation .Results All the 37 patients successfully underwent percutaneous puncture and drainage of gallbladder and obtained effective drainage .Six weeks after operation via the drainage tube 95%anhydrous alcohol was injected for gallbladder chemical inactivation ,without the occurrence of biliary fistula , bleeding and other complications , all patients were cured and discharged .Up to now,there were no longer ′cholecys-titis′symptoms.Conclusion Percutaneous puncture and drainage of gallbladder plus chemical inactivation in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis is a simple safe and effective method with small trauma.
