文章开展标准养护、免压蒸养护和高压蒸汽养护3种养护方式对PHC管桩混凝土抗压强度、脆性和弹性模量的影响研究。结果表明,3种养护方式PHC管桩混凝土的抗压强度增幅按标准养护、免压蒸养护和高压蒸养的次序递减;环境湿度对免压蒸PHC管桩混凝土的脆性有一定的影响,免压蒸混凝土的脆性小于高压蒸养混凝土;环境湿度也对免压蒸PHC管桩混凝土的弹性模量产生一定的影响,适当后期养护可提高免压蒸混凝土的弹性模量,免压蒸养护混凝土的弹性模量大于高压蒸养混凝土。

The compressive strength and brittleness and modulus of elasticity of PHC pipe piles on standard curing and non-steam autoclaved and steam autoclaved are experimentally studied. The results show that the increase value of the compressive strength decreases continually according to the sequence of standard curing and non-steam autoclaved and steam autoclaved and circumstance humidity affects brittleness of PHC pipe piles and the brittleness of non-steam autoclaved concrete is less than steam autoclaved concrete’s. Moreover, circumstance humidity affects also modulus of elasticity of PHC pipe piles, cur-ing can increases modulus of elasticity of non-steam autoclaved piles concrete and modulus of elasticity of non-steam auto-claved piles concrete greater than steam autoclaved piles concrete’s.
