以普光气田高含硫净化联合装置为背景,探讨影响生产稳定的不利因素,介绍酸性气的控制原理,并针对控制系统的设定与组态进行优化。并根据联合装置自身的特点,对两列酸性气分配和克劳斯炉操作进行优化。应用结果表明,此次优化效果显著。
以普光氣田高含硫淨化聯閤裝置為揹景,探討影響生產穩定的不利因素,介紹痠性氣的控製原理,併針對控製繫統的設定與組態進行優化。併根據聯閤裝置自身的特點,對兩列痠性氣分配和剋勞斯爐操作進行優化。應用結果錶明,此次優化效果顯著。

Taking Puguang natural gas purification unit as background , the adverse factors which influencing production stability were discussed; and the theory of controlling acid gas was introduced and optimized ac-cording to control system ’ s setting and configuration .Distributing two columns of acidic gas and operating Claus furnace prove obvious effect of this optimization .
