对基于机器视觉的黑色O形橡胶圈缺陷检测系统展开了研究,对采集到的橡胶圈图像进行相关处理以便检测出缺陷特征,通过改进后的中值滤波滤除噪声,建立图像直方图了解缺陷特征的灰度分布情况,比较了几种边缘检测算子的检测效果,并通过实验仿真验证了算法的可行性。

The machine vision-based defect detection system for the O-ring made of black rubber was studied;and the O-ring’ s image collected was processed to find out defect ’ s characteristics; making use of the im-proved median filtering to filter noise and to build image histogram so that gray level distribution of the defect ’ s features can be found .Having detection results of several edge detection operators compared and simulated through experiments can prove algorithm ’ s feasibility .
