针对冷连轧带钢自动厚度控制系统的多变量、强耦合、非线性及纯延时等特点，提出具有简化PI结构的广义预测控制策略。将广义预测控制的目标函数改造成PI形式后，利用PI的反馈信息改善系统性能指标、抑制超调。简化后的PIGPC控制策略，计算量减少，提高了控制的实时性；同时利用预测信息提高了系统的稳定性；通过滚动优化，改善了系统的自适应抗干扰能力。仿真实验结果表明：采用简化后的PIGPC控制策略，有效地改善了系统的动态特性，抑制了超调，提高了跟踪速度和控制精度。

Considering the multivariable , strong coupling , nonlinearity and the time-delay of the cold rolling strip’s automatic gauge control system(AGC), the generalized predictive control(GPC) which boasting of a simplified PI structure was proposed .By transforming GPC ’ s objective function into PI , the PI feedback infor-mation can improve system performance and inhibit the overshoot; and simplified PIGPC control strategy can reduce calculation amount and improve the real-time control; and the predictive information can improve the system stability , as well as the rolling optimization can improve both adaptive and anti-interference ability .The simulation results show that the simplified PIGPC control strategy can improve the system ’ s dynamic character-istics, the tracking speed and the control precision and can inhibit the overshoot .
