目的：探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的疗效。方法将2011年1月~2013年5月本院收治的54例糖尿病神经膀胱患者随机分为观察组28例，对照组26例。对照组给予膀胱冲洗的护理和控制血糖、营养神经、控制感染的治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上增加膀胱功能训练、中药热敷、红外线照射和间歇导尿护理。比较2组治疗前及治疗后的尿流动力学检查结果和治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组尿频尿急症状少于对照组(P<0.05)，排小便顺畅率高于对照组(P<0.05)，最大尿流率时的压力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在传统常规西医治疗的基础上增加膀胱功能肌肉训练、中药热敷护理、红外线照射并加强心理辅导和间歇导尿等综合护理措施，可以提高糖尿病神经源性膀胱的治疗疗效。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료당뇨병신경원성방광적료효。방법장2011년1월~2013년5월본원수치적54례당뇨병신경방광환자수궤분위관찰조28례，대조조26례。대조조급여방광충세적호리화공제혈당、영양신경、공제감염적치료。관찰조재대조조적기출상증가방광공능훈련、중약열부、홍외선조사화간헐도뇨호리。비교2조치료전급치료후적뇨류동역학검사결과화치료효과。결과치료후관찰조뇨빈뇨급증상소우대조조(P<0.05)，배소편순창솔고우대조조(P<0.05)，최대뇨류솔시적압력고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론재전통상규서의치료적기출상증가방광공능기육훈련、중약열부호리、홍외선조사병가강심리보도화간헐도뇨등종합호리조시，가이제고당뇨병신경원성방광적치료료효。
Objective To explore the efficacy of integrative medicine to patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods 54 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into 2 groups. The patients in control group (n =26) received nursing with bladder irrigation and routine treatment including blood sugar control,neurotrophic treatment and infection control. The patients in experimental group(n =28)received bladder functional training,traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,infrared radiation and intermittent urethral catheter care in addition to what the control group received. The clinical symtoms and urodynamics studys were compared between 2 groups. Results Clinical symptoms and urodynamics studys of the experimental group were better than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The traditional regular medical treatment combined with bladder functional training,traditional Chinese hot compress,infrared radiation and intermittent catheterization can largely improve the efficacy of patients of diabetic neurogenic bladder.
