目的：对改良后的急诊护理管理在护理流程及时效性中的实践进行分析。方法以2011年2月至2012年10月接收的108例急救患者作为研究对象。其中48例为改良护理管理前接治的患者，列为对照组；另60例为改良后接治患者，列为实验组。分别对两组在急诊护理过程中的流程及所用时间和临床效果进行评价，并比较和分析其评价结果。结果实验组在急救时效性及临床效果方面均较对照组有所提高，其中以抢救使用时间和存活率方面较对照组具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良急诊护理流程对提高其护理时效性有显著意义，并且可有效的提高急救患者的存活率。
목적：대개량후적급진호리관리재호리류정급시효성중적실천진행분석。방법이2011년2월지2012년10월접수적108례급구환자작위연구대상。기중48례위개량호리관리전접치적환자，렬위대조조；령60례위개량후접치환자，렬위실험조。분별대량조재급진호리과정중적류정급소용시간화림상효과진행평개，병비교화분석기평개결과。결과실험조재급구시효성급림상효과방면균교대조조유소제고，기중이창구사용시간화존활솔방면교대조조구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론개량급진호리류정대제고기호리시효성유현저의의，병차가유효적제고급구환자적존활솔。
Objective To analysis the nursing process and timeliness after improved the emergency nursing management practice. Methods Choose 108 emergency patients in the emergency department of our hospital from February 2011 to October 2012 as the research object. There were 48 cases divided into the control group with the unimproved nursing management;Another 60 cases were divided into the experi-mental group with the improved nursing management. Respectively evaluated the time used in emergency nursing and the clinical effect of two groups,and compared and analysed the evaluation results. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in both emergen-cy timeliness and clinical effect,and on the save time and survival rate with statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion The improve-ment of emergency nursing process has a significant meaning to improve the nursing efficiency,and can effectively improve the survival rate of patients after the emergency treatment.
