目的：探究婴幼儿支气管哮喘患儿的尿白三烯 E4（LTE4）水平，探讨其在婴幼儿哮喘发病及治疗中的意义。方法收集30例支气管哮喘婴幼儿的尿液，30例健康婴幼儿的尿液用做对照，采用 ELISA 方法检测尿中白三烯 E4的水平。结果婴幼儿支气管哮喘患儿尿 LTE4水平（380．66±115．76）ng/ml，对照儿童尿 LTE4水平（263.52±46．21）ng/ml。支气管哮喘患儿 LTE4水平明显高于对照组，P ＜0．01。结论婴幼儿患支气管哮喘时尿白三烯 E4水平显著升高，提示白三烯水平与支气管哮喘发生有关，可以作为诊断婴幼儿支气管哮喘的辅助诊断性指标。

Objective To explore the infant asthma in children with urinary leukotriene E4 (LTE4)level,explore the pathogenesis and treatment of infants with asthma significance.Methods 30 urine samples were collected from in-fants with asthma,30 healthy infant urine used as control,using the ELISA method for detection of urinary leukotriene E4 level.Results the infant asthma in children with urinary LTE4 levels (380.66± 115.76)ng/ml,the control chil-dren urinary LTE4 levels (263.52±46.21)ng/ml.The level of LTE4 in children with bronchial asthma was signifi-cantly higher than the control group,P<0.01.Conclusion urinary leukotriene E4 level increased significantly in infants suffering from bronchial asthma,leukotriene levels and prompted bronchial asthma,can be used as auxiliary diagnostic index for the diagnosis of infantile bronchial asthma.
