目的:观察糖尿病慢性并发症患者血浆血栓调节蛋白(TM),蛋白 C(PC),蛋白 S(PS),抗凝血酶(AT-Ⅲ)的变化,了解这些因子在糖尿病慢性并发症凝血功能变化中的意义。方法按糖尿病常见并发症分为4组:糖尿病无并发症20例,糖尿病肾病(DN)20例,糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)20例,糖尿病足(DF)20例,以及年龄相匹配的健康正常人20例作为对照组,分别应 ELISA 方法测定血浆 TM 浓度,日本 sysmex 6000全自动凝血分析仪测定 PC,PS,AT-Ⅲ浓度。结果各血浆 TM,PC,PS 水平均明显高于正常对照组(P <0.05),AT-Ⅲ水平低于正常对照组(P <0.05);并发症组血浆 TM,PC,PS 水平均高于无并发症组(P <0.05),而 AT-Ⅲ活性低于无并发症组(P <0.05),在有并发症组之间无显著变化(P >0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血浆 TM,PC,PS 及 AT-Ⅲ的浓度变化对 DN,DR 和 DF 的早期诊断和病情分析有重要的临床价值。
目的:觀察糖尿病慢性併髮癥患者血漿血栓調節蛋白(TM),蛋白 C(PC),蛋白 S(PS),抗凝血酶(AT-Ⅲ)的變化,瞭解這些因子在糖尿病慢性併髮癥凝血功能變化中的意義。方法按糖尿病常見併髮癥分為4組:糖尿病無併髮癥20例,糖尿病腎病(DN)20例,糖尿病視網膜病變(DR)20例,糖尿病足(DF)20例,以及年齡相匹配的健康正常人20例作為對照組,分彆應 ELISA 方法測定血漿 TM 濃度,日本 sysmex 6000全自動凝血分析儀測定 PC,PS,AT-Ⅲ濃度。結果各血漿 TM,PC,PS 水平均明顯高于正常對照組(P <0.05),AT-Ⅲ水平低于正常對照組(P <0.05);併髮癥組血漿 TM,PC,PS 水平均高于無併髮癥組(P <0.05),而 AT-Ⅲ活性低于無併髮癥組(P <0.05),在有併髮癥組之間無顯著變化(P >0.05)。結論糖尿病患者血漿 TM,PC,PS 及 AT-Ⅲ的濃度變化對 DN,DR 和 DF 的早期診斷和病情分析有重要的臨床價值。
목적:관찰당뇨병만성병발증환자혈장혈전조절단백(TM),단백 C(PC),단백 S(PS),항응혈매(AT-Ⅲ)적변화,료해저사인자재당뇨병만성병발증응혈공능변화중적의의。방법안당뇨병상견병발증분위4조:당뇨병무병발증20례,당뇨병신병(DN)20례,당뇨병시망막병변(DR)20례,당뇨병족(DF)20례,이급년령상필배적건강정상인20례작위대조조,분별응 ELISA 방법측정혈장 TM 농도,일본 sysmex 6000전자동응혈분석의측정 PC,PS,AT-Ⅲ농도。결과각혈장 TM,PC,PS 수평균명현고우정상대조조(P <0.05),AT-Ⅲ수평저우정상대조조(P <0.05);병발증조혈장 TM,PC,PS 수평균고우무병발증조(P <0.05),이 AT-Ⅲ활성저우무병발증조(P <0.05),재유병발증조지간무현저변화(P >0.05)。결론당뇨병환자혈장 TM,PC,PS 급 AT-Ⅲ적농도변화대 DN,DR 화 DF 적조기진단화병정분석유중요적림상개치。
Objective In order to understand the significance of these factors in variation of coagulation of diabetic chronic complications,we observe the variation of plasma thromboxane regulating protein (TM),protein C (PC),pro-tein S (PS),antithrombin (AT-Ⅲ)in patients with chronic complications of diabetes.Methods The common complica-tion of diabetes were divided into 4 groups:diabetes without complications(20 cases),diabetic nephropathy (DN)(20 cases),diabetic retinopathy lesions (DR)(20 cases),diabetic foot (DF)(20 cases),as well as the normal healthy peo-ple with corresponding age(20 cases)as control groups,and the blood plasma TM concentration should be determined by ELISA,PC,PS,AT-Ⅲ concentration should be tested by Japan Sysmex 6000 fully automatic blood coagulation ana-lyzer respectively.Results The level of TM,PC and PS in blood plasma were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),AT-Ⅲ levels lower than the normal control group (P <0.05);the average level of TM,PC and PS of blood plasma in patients with complications was obviously higher than those patients without complications(P <0.05),how-ever,AT-Ⅲ activity of blood plasma in patients with complications was somehow lower than those patients without complications(P <0.05),which turned out to be original standard (P >0.05).Conclusion The variations of TM,PC, PS and AT-Ⅲ concentration in blood plasma to diabetic patient are clinically important for the early diagnosis and dis-ease analysis of DN,DR,and DF.
