目的：检测白斑、口腔鳞状细胞癌中趋化因子 CCL7的表达情况。方法采用免疫组化技术检测18例白斑、35例口腔鳞状细胞癌及11例正常口腔黏膜中趋化因子 CCL7的表达。应用 SPSS 软件对实验结果进行卡方检验。结果口腔白斑和口腔鳞癌病变组织中 CCL7的表达率分别为33．3％（6/18）、77．1％（27/35）。结论CCL7在异常增生型白斑及口腔鳞癌中的高表达，其表达水平与白斑恶变及鳞癌的侵袭与淋巴结转移有关。
목적：검측백반、구강린상세포암중추화인자 CCL7적표체정황。방법채용면역조화기술검측18례백반、35례구강린상세포암급11례정상구강점막중추화인자 CCL7적표체。응용 SPSS 연건대실험결과진행잡방검험。결과구강백반화구강린암병변조직중 CCL7적표체솔분별위33．3％（6/18）、77．1％（27/35）。결론CCL7재이상증생형백반급구강린암중적고표체，기표체수평여백반악변급린암적침습여림파결전이유관。
Objective To examine the expression of CCL7 protein in oral leukoplakia(OLK)and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods The expression of CCL7 protein in 18 cases of OLK and in 35 cases of OSCC was exam-ined by immunohistochemical technique.The data was analyzed by Fisher,s exact test using SPSS software package.Re-sults CCL7 was positively expressed in OSCC,the positive expression rate of CCL7 protein in OLK and OSCC was 33.3%(6/18)and 77.1% (27/35).Conclusion CCL7 is highly expressed in OSCC,and its expression is associated with the lymph nodemetastasis of OSCC.
