目的:研究莪术醇软膏对糖尿病溃疡愈合的治疗作用。方法:SD大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ,55mg/kg)建立糖尿病模型,1周后测定血糖,血糖值大于16.7mmol/L为造模成功。2周后,在大鼠背部脊柱两侧用手术剪各剪切2个直径为1.8cm的圆形全层皮肤,糖尿病溃疡造模成功后,随机将大鼠分为3组:空白基质组、5%莪术醇软膏组和10%莪术醇软膏组。给药后于第3、第7、第14和第21天对溃疡愈合率、组织形态学进行观察与检测。结果:实验造模成功后,莪术醇软膏组的创面愈合明显比空白基质组快(P<0.05),且高剂量组创面愈合较低剂量组愈合更佳。病理切片HE染色及免疫组织化学染色的结果表明3组中10%莪术醇软膏组在促进创面愈合,加快胶原合成,增加内皮细胞黏附分子(CD31)的阳性表达,上调转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)蛋白阳性表达上效果最好。结论:莪术醇软膏可促进糖尿病溃疡的愈合,为临床使用外用药治疗糖尿病性溃疡提供实验参考。

목적:연구아술순연고대당뇨병궤양유합적치료작용。방법:SD대서복강주사련뇨좌균소(STZ,55mg/kg)건립당뇨병모형,1주후측정혈당,혈당치대우16.7mmol/L위조모성공。2주후,재대서배부척주량측용수술전각전절2개직경위1.8cm적원형전층피부,당뇨병궤양조모성공후,수궤장대서분위3조:공백기질조、5%아술순연고조화10%아술순연고조。급약후우제3、제7、제14화제21천대궤양유합솔、조직형태학진행관찰여검측。결과:실험조모성공후,아술순연고조적창면유합명현비공백기질조쾌(P<0.05),차고제량조창면유합교저제량조유합경가。병리절편HE염색급면역조직화학염색적결과표명3조중10%아술순연고조재촉진창면유합,가쾌효원합성,증가내피세포점부분자(CD31)적양성표체,상조전화생장인자-β1(TGF-β1)단백양성표체상효과최호。결론:아술순연고가촉진당뇨병궤양적유합,위림상사용외용약치료당뇨병성궤양제공실험삼고。
Objective: To study the effect of topical administration of curcumol ointment on the wound healing process in diabetic rats.Methods: The study was conducted using male Sprague Dawley rats which were separated into three groups: diabetic rats receiving control cream, diabetic rats receiving 5% curcumol ointment, and diabetic rats receiving 10% curcumol ointment. Two 1.8 cm diameter cutaneous wounds were then created at the dorsal regions of each rats. Wound healing was assessed by rate of wound closure estimation, and histologi-cal studies on the 3, 7, 14 and 21 d after wounding.Results: Curcumol ointment treatment enhanced the wound healing process by increasing rate of wound closure signiifcantly compared to the control group (P<0.05). His-tological observation also showed the 10% curcumol ointment treated groups signiifcantly promoted the number of capillaries, improved the collagen synthesis, and increased the positive expressions of CD31 and TGF-β1. Conclusion: Curcumol ointment administrations can improve the speed and quality of skin wound healing.which could provide theoretical foundation for clinical treatment of diabetic ulcer.
