目的:评价Valpar 4系统在手外伤康复中的作用。方法将40例手外伤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组进行常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上,采用Valpar 4系统进行技能模拟训练,两组患者分别在治疗前,治疗2周、4周后进行手关节总主动活动度(TAM)、上肢功能评定表(DASH)和Carroll手功能评定(UEFT)。结果治疗2周后,对照组TAM较治疗前显著改善(P<0.001),观察组TAM、DASH、UEFT均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.001),且DASH、UEFT疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗4周后,对照组TAM、UEFT较治疗前显著改善(P<0.001),观察组TAM、DASH、UEFT均显著改善(P<0.001),且疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Valpar 4系统能改善手外伤患者手指关节活动度、手功能及上肢功能,尤以上肢从事日常活动的能力改善更为显著。

목적:평개Valpar 4계통재수외상강복중적작용。방법장40례수외상환자,수궤분위대조조화관찰조각20례。대조조진행상규강복치료,관찰조재차기출상,채용Valpar 4계통진행기능모의훈련,량조환자분별재치료전,치료2주、4주후진행수관절총주동활동도(TAM)、상지공능평정표(DASH)화Carroll수공능평정(UEFT)。결과치료2주후,대조조TAM교치료전현저개선(P<0.001),관찰조TAM、DASH、UEFT균교치료전현저개선(P<0.001),차DASH、UEFT료효현저우우대조조(P<0.001)。치료4주후,대조조TAM、UEFT교치료전현저개선(P<0.001),관찰조TAM、DASH、UEFT균현저개선(P<0.001),차료효균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론 Valpar 4계통능개선수외상환자수지관절활동도、수공능급상지공능,우이상지종사일상활동적능력개선경위현저。
Objective To observe the effect of Valpar 4 system on hand injury. Methods 40 patients with hand injury were randomly di-vided into control group and observation group with 20 patients in each group. Routine treatment was applied in both groups while Valpar 4 system was added in the observation group. Then total active motion (TAM) of finger joints, Disability of Arm Shoulder and Hand (DASH), and Upper Extremity Function Test (UEFT) were carried out before, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The TAM improved sig-nificantly in the control group 2 weeks after treatment (P<0.001). The TAM, DASH and UEFT improved significantly in the observation group (P<0.001), and the DASH and UEFT were better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.001). 4 weeks after treat-ment, the TAM and UEFT improved significantly (P<0.001) in the control group, the TAM, DASH, UEFT significantly improved in the ob-servation group (P<0.001), and were better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Valpar 4 system can ef-fectively improve the TAM of fingers, function of hands and upper limb, especially in terms of activities of daily living of upper limbs.
