目的:探讨麦冬提取物对妊娠期胰岛抵抗小鼠脂联素及尿蛋白水平的影响。方法取妊娠1周内的小鼠建立妊娠期胰岛抵抗小鼠模型。造模成功小鼠随机分为麦冬多糖125 mg·kg-1组、500 mg·kg-1组、模型组,每组各10只。另选10只正常妊娠小鼠,作为对照组。连续灌胃给药14 d后,观察其血糖及胰岛抵抗情况,并检测血清中的脂联素水平和尿蛋白的含量。结果与模型组小鼠相比,麦冬提取物各剂量组均可明显降低妊娠糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖、改变胰岛素抵抗状况,升高血清中脂联素水平( P﹤0.05)。结论麦冬提取物有改善妊娠期小鼠胰岛素抵抗作用,并对预防妊高征的发生有一定的帮助。

목적:탐토맥동제취물대임신기이도저항소서지련소급뇨단백수평적영향。방법취임신1주내적소서건립임신기이도저항소서모형。조모성공소서수궤분위맥동다당125 mg·kg-1조、500 mg·kg-1조、모형조,매조각10지。령선10지정상임신소서,작위대조조。련속관위급약14 d후,관찰기혈당급이도저항정황,병검측혈청중적지련소수평화뇨단백적함량。결과여모형조소서상비,맥동제취물각제량조균가명현강저임신당뇨병소서적공복혈당、개변이도소저항상황,승고혈청중지련소수평( P﹤0.05)。결론맥동제취물유개선임신기소서이도소저항작용,병대예방임고정적발생유일정적방조。
Objective To investigate the effect of ophiopogonis-extract on the level of Uric Protein and the expression of adiponectin in mice with insulin resistance. Methods The IR model was established by pregnancy mice in 1 week. Total of 40 model mice were randomly divided into ophiopogonis-extract 125 mg·kg-1 group,ophiopogonis-extract 500 mg·kg-1 group,model group. And 10 normal pregnancy mice were served as control group. Mice in control group and model control group were daily gavaged with NS for 14 d,and mice in ophiopogonis-extract 125 mg·kg-1 group and ophiopogonis-ex-tract 125 mg·kg-1 group were gavaged with ophiopogonis-extract 125 mg·kg-1 and 500 mg·kg-1 respectively for 14 d. The fasting blood glucose,serum insulin and uric protein were detected,the insulin resistance( IR)was calculated,the ser-um adiponectin was determined by ELISA. Results The fasting blood glucose,serum insulin and uric protein were decrease in groups treated with ophiopogonis-extract compared with model group,but the level of APN expression in ophiopogonis-extract groups was higher than in model group. Conclusion Ophiopogonis-extract had definite protective effect,and could help to prevent PIH in pregnancy mice with insulin resistance.
