对古巴牛乳树[Manilkara roxburghiana(Wight)Dubard]盆栽苗进行了不同浓度的NaCl预处理及热激预处理,探索各处理对古巴牛乳树叶片脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明:6‰NaCl预处理能有效缓解古巴牛乳树幼苗叶片受低温伤害,脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量均较高于其它处理,在该处理条件下,土壤的实际盐度是3.70‰。

In order to learn the influence of different pretreatment on some biochemical parameters of M. roxburghiana in low temperature, the contents of proline, soluble sugar and MDA in leaves were mensurated after the pretreatment of NaCl stress as well as heat shock. The results showed that the pretreatment of 6‰ NaCl stress might distinctly protect the species from cold damage, on the condition the content of proline or soluble sugar was higher than other pretreatment, and the salinity in potted soil was 3.7‰.
