针对智慧城市建设面临的物理地域分布广、各地资源池异构建设以及信息化实践基础差异化等问题，从电信运营商角度出发，结合运营商前期实践，对智慧城市云平台体系架构进行了分析，提出了一种智慧城市云平台总体功能架构，进而对建设部署方案提出了建议。

In view of the problem on large-scale smart city system including wide geographical distribution and heterogeneous resource pool practice and the difference on informationization practice basis, from the perspective of Telecom operators and combined with pre-practice, a smart city cloud platform architecture is proposed based on cloud service. Furthermore, the deployment scenarios of smart city cloud platform are advanced.
