苦参碱作为一种传统的中药成分，具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗心律失常等多种药理作用。近年来，国内外大量研究发现苦参碱在抗肿瘤方面也具有明显功效，能有效地抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞分化和程序性细胞死亡、抑制肿瘤侵袭转移、逆转肿瘤多药耐药等。本文对苦参碱抗肿瘤作用的最新研究进展进行综述，表明苦参碱是一种理想的抗肿瘤药物，在癌症治疗中具有良好的临床应用前景。

Matrine as a traditional Chinese medicine,has anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,anti-arrhythmic and other pharmacological effects. In recent years,a large number of studies at home and abroad have found matrine also has ob-vious effect on antitumor,it can effectively inhibit tumor cell proliferation,induction of tumor cell differentiation and programmed cell death,inhibition of tumor invasion and metastasis,reversal of tumor multidrug resistance,and so on. In this paper,the latest research progress of matrine antitumor effects are reviewed,suggests that matrine is an ideal antitu-mor drug,has good prospects of clinical application in cancer treatment.
