目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定土霉素片的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18(2)5μm 250×4.6mm色谱柱,流动相为0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液-乙腈=81∶19(用磷酸调pH为2.0),流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长353 nm,柱温30℃。结果土霉素片在浓度5~30μg/mL内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.3%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确。

목적:건립고효액상색보법측정토매소편적함량。방법채용Diamonsil C18(2)5μm 250×4.6mm색보주,류동상위0.01 mol/L린산이경납용액-을정=81∶19(용린산조pH위2.0),류속0.8 mL/min,검측파장353 nm,주온30℃。결과토매소편재농도5~30μg/mL내여봉면적구유량호적선성관계,평균회수솔위99.5%,RSD=1.3%。결론해방법간편、쾌속、준학。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of oxytetracycline tablets. Methods The Diamonsil C18(2) (250 × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was 0. 01 mol/L am-monium di-hydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile (81:19) (adjust to pH 2. 0 with phosphoric acid). The flow rate was 0. 8 mL /min and the detective wavelength was at 353 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Oxytetra-cycline had a good linear relation in the range of 5~30μg/mL and the average recovery was 99. 5%( RSD=1. 3%) . Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and convenient.
