目的:对前列腺素E1提取工艺进行优化。方法以前列腺素E1含量为考察指标,对前列腺素E1提取工艺中孵育温度、提取时间、pH值、通氧纯度4个因素进行优化。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:孵育温度37℃、pH值8、提取时间1 h、通氧纯度为纯氧。结论在此条件下,前列腺素E1提取工艺稳定可行,能有效提高前列腺素E1的含量。

Objective To explore the best of prostaglandin E1 extraction. Methods With prostaglandin E1 content as index,the incubation temperature,pH,extraction time,purity of oxygen were optimized by orthogonal experi-ment. Results The optimal conditions were as follows:incubation temperature 37 ℃,pH value of 8,extraction time 1 h,pure oxygen purity. Conclusion Under the above conditions,the optimal extraction process of prostaglandin E1 was feasible and stable,can effectively improve the content of prostaglandin E1 .
