目的：观察护肝宁片联合水飞蓟宾治疗脂肪肝的疗效,探讨其对血管内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响。方法将我院收治的脂肪肝患者随机分为2组,即水飞蓟宾组及护肝宁片联合水飞蓟宾治疗组(联合治疗组),分别给予水飞蓟宾、护肝宁片联合水飞蓟宾治疗。检测两组治疗前后TC、TG、LDL、ALT、AST、γ-GT、ET-1水平。另选20例健康成年人作为健康对照组,检测其血清 ET-1水平。结果治疗后,水飞蓟宾组、联合治疗组血清TC、TG、LDL、ALT、AST、γ-GT水平明显降低( P<0．05),但联合治疗组减低更明显( P<0．05)。与健康人群相比,联合治疗组血清内皮素-1水平明显增高,治疗后,水飞蓟宾组、联合治疗组血清内皮素-1水平均明显降低(P均<0．05)。水飞蓟宾组总有效率为87．5%,联合治疗组总有效率为96．12%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论护肝宁联合水飞蓟宾治疗脂肪肝疗效显著,脂肪肝患者ET-1明显增高,ET-1可能参与脂肪肝的病理生理过程。
목적：관찰호간저편연합수비계빈치료지방간적료효,탐토기대혈관내피소-1(ET-1)적영향。방법장아원수치적지방간환자수궤분위2조,즉수비계빈조급호간저편연합수비계빈치료조(연합치료조),분별급여수비계빈、호간저편연합수비계빈치료。검측량조치료전후TC、TG、LDL、ALT、AST、γ-GT、ET-1수평。령선20례건강성년인작위건강대조조,검측기혈청 ET-1수평。결과치료후,수비계빈조、연합치료조혈청TC、TG、LDL、ALT、AST、γ-GT수평명현강저( P<0．05),단연합치료조감저경명현( P<0．05)。여건강인군상비,연합치료조혈청내피소-1수평명현증고,치료후,수비계빈조、연합치료조혈청내피소-1수평균명현강저(P균<0．05)。수비계빈조총유효솔위87．5%,연합치료조총유효솔위96．12%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。결론호간저연합수비계빈치료지방간료효현저,지방간환자ET-1명현증고,ET-1가능삼여지방간적병리생리과정。
Objective To observe the Huganning tablets combined with silybin treatment for fatty liver disease and explore the effect on endothelin-1 (ET-1). Methods The patients with fatty liver in our hospital were divided into two groups,silybin group and Huganning tablets combined with silybin treatment group(combination group),silybin group was treated with silybin,combination group was treated with Huganning tablets and silybin,TC,TG,LDL,ALT, AST,γ-GT,ET-1 level were detected before and after the treatment. 20 healthy adults as control group,and serum ET-1 levels of the control group were detected. Results After treatment,the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL,ALT,AST,γ-GT of silybin group and combination group decreased significantly (P<0. 05),but the combination group was lower than that of silybin group (P<0. 05). Compared with control group,serum endothelin-1 level of the treatment group ( silymarin group,combination group) increased significantly,and serum levels of endothelin-1 in the treatment group decreased significantly ( P <0. 05 ) . The total effectiveness rate of silybin treatment group was 87. 5%, while it was 96. 12% of the combination group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion Huganning combined with silybin treatment on fatty liver has a significant effect,the serum levels of ET-1 in patients with fatty liver are significantly increased. ET-1 may be involved in the pathophysiological process of fatty liver.
