目的：观察益气活血、滋阴清热类中药在西药治疗的基础上对糖尿病治疗的疗效影响。方法选取本院收治的68例经检查确诊为2型糖尿病的患者，入院后所有患者均采用西药常规疗法进行治疗，选取其中34例患者作为治疗组，加用益气滋阴活血方进行治疗，将其余的34例常规西药治疗的患者作为对照组，观察两组的疗效。结果两种方法均取得了一定疗效，治疗组临床症状、中医症候的疗效明显优于对照组，经比较，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论西药和中药治疗糖尿病均能取得一定疗效，但是中西医结合较单纯西药治疗更有优势，益气滋阴活血方具有益气活血、滋阴清热的功效，可以缓解糖尿病患者症状，降低血糖水平。

Objective Objective To observe the curative effect of Supplementing Qi and activating blood , nourishing yin and clearing heat herbs treatment on diabetesin western medicine on the basis of the .Methods 68 cases in our hospital were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients after admission , all patients were treated with conventional western medicine therapy , which selected 34 patients as treatment group , combined with Qi Nourishing Yin and activating blood circulation prescription for treatment , 34 cases of conventionalwestern medicine in the treatment of the patients in the control group , observation the effect of the two groups .Results of the two methods haveachieved a certain effect , the clinical symptoms , the curative effect of TCMsyndrome was better than the control group , by comparison , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion the western medicine and Chinese traditional medicine treatment of diabetes have certain curative effect , but thecombination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine than western medicinetherapy has more advantages , invigorating qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation with Supplementing Qi and activating blood , nourishing yin and clearing heat effect , can alleviate the symptoms of diabetic patients ,decrease blood glucose levels .
