目的：观察中医结合情志调理辨证治疗肝气郁结型郁证与对照组的疗效对比分析，探讨郁证的综合治疗方法。方法对60例肝气郁结郁证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组进行疗效观察，每组各30例。治疗周期10周为1个疗程，共2个疗程，对治疗结果进行分析及疗效评定。结果治疗后，治疗组总有效率86.7％，明显优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论中医结合情志调理辨证治疗肝气郁结郁证疗效显著。
목적：관찰중의결합정지조리변증치료간기욱결형욱증여대조조적료효대비분석，탐토욱증적종합치료방법。방법대60례간기욱결욱증환자수궤분위치료조화대조조진행료효관찰，매조각30례。치료주기10주위1개료정，공2개료정，대치료결과진행분석급료효평정。결과치료후，치료조총유효솔86.7％，명현우우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론중의결합정지조리변증치료간기욱결욱증료효현저。
Objective To compare the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with emotional conditioning for melancholia of the stagnation liver-Qi differentiation and the treatment and control group analysis and comprehensive treatment of melancholia .Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 30 cases in each group.And treated for 10 weeks for 1 courses, 2 courses, to analyze and to evaluate the curative effect of treatment outcome .Results After the treatment the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%.The treatment group were significantly better than the control group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with emotional effect of melancholia of the stagnation liver -Qi was effective significantly .
